StructuredWeb's executive management team possesses significant leadership expertise in high-growth, Internet, and start-up environments. With substantial experience in senior management positions in eCommerce, marketing and software development organizations, the executive team brings a wealth of intellectual capital to guide StructuredWeb's strategic and business operations.

Daniel Nissan
Founder, President and CEO

Daniel Nissan founded StructuredWeb and leads the Company's marketing, engineering and product development efforts. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Nissan was the President and CEO of NetGrocer, which he led to be a highly recognized and established leader in the field of eCommerce. Mr. Nissan served as a Vice President of Marketing for VocalTec Communications, Ltd. (VOCL)  from 1993 to 1996. Part of the original VocalTec group that created the Internet Phone, he was responsible for its breakthrough product concept, marketing, and strategy development.


Yoram Ayalon
VP Research and Development

Yoram Ayalon is Vice President for Research and Development. Mr. Ayalon joined StructuredWeb in 1999 and is in charge of the Company's technology development. From 1998 to 1999 he was a Project Manager leading software development in a cross-platform environment for Amdocs (Israel) Ltd. Mr. Ayalon was Research and Development Manager, and later Product Marketing Manager, for a new software product utilizing object-oriented design and a client-server architecture for Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. from 1996 to 1998. He had previously worked for Aladdin as Chief Programmer during its start-up period from 1986 to 1992. Mr. Ayalon was also the R&D team leader at Applicom Software Industries Ltd. from 1994 to 1996 and a senior software engineer for Motorola Inc. in Israel from 1992 to 1994.


Peter Brooks
VP Business Development

Peter Brooks, has 10 years of marketing and business development experience working for blue-chip marketing agencies and top-tier internet technology companies. Since joining StructuredWeb in 2001, Peter has spearheaded the development of the office furniture division through partnerships with Steelcase, Global Industries, La-Z-Boy, Teknion and many other leading vendors.

Before joining StructuredWeb, Mr. Brooks was Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at About.com, and Strategic Partnership Manager at Wunderman Cato Johnson, a worldwide marketing services agency, where he negotiated strategic partnerships for Citibank, Ford Motor Company, Phillips Consumer Electronics, and 20th Century Fox Studios. Peter also has served as a manager for Western International Media, a global media buying group. He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Lehigh University.


Dan Freeman
Director of Professional Services

Dan Freeman possesses over 20 years of senior level corporate and management consulting experience. He has worked hands-on with Fortune 100 organizations as well as small businesses to address top-level growth and performance issues. Mr. Freeman has worked with business owners and executive teams in areas such as marketing strategy & planning, business process improvement, sales and marketing effectiveness, and using sales & marketing technology to improve business results.

During in his career Dan has held senior consultant and leadership positions at PaineWebber, Citigroup, Renaissance Worldwide and KPMG, where he was a Director within the Advisory Services Group. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.


Robert Weiss
Vice President - Office Equipment Division Manager
Director of Sales

Mr. Weiss has been with StructuredWeb for over five years in a sales/marketing and business development role. Robert has spearheaded StructuredWeb's activity and growth in the office product marketplace. Prior to joining StructuredWeb, Robert worked for an Internet consulting agency that focused on delivering customized web-based solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies where his clients included Siemens, Toshiba, Verizon Wireless and SIAC.  

Robert’s previous experience was working for the world’s largest sports marketing company, International Management Group (IMG). In his role as Associate Director of IMG’s Licensing division he managed the brand extension programs for Tommy Bahama, US Soccer, Major League Baseball and Paris Blues, to name a few.

Robert holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant College.

Adam Krapish
Director of Product Development

Adam has been with StructuredWeb since 1999, and has since taken on increasing responsibility to arrive at his current position of Director of Product Development.  During his career at StructuredWeb, he has worked in numerous capacities including customer service, design, development and project management. Today, Adam's key focus is on product development, working with customers and the StructuredWeb team to plan new features and enhancements for the StructuredWeb platform.  Adam holds a BS in Finance from Villanova University.


Shachar Melamed
Director of Operations, KM/CRM

Shachar Melamed has been with StructuredWeb since March 2007. Mr. Melamed brings 16 years of Operations management experience in high-tech companies in Israel and the US. At StructuredWeb, Mr. Melamed is heading the Customer Account Services group, including the various production teams (website, CRM, eCommerce, Portals etc), the Account Management teams and the Customer Care & Support team.
 
Before joining StructuredWeb, Mr. Melamed was the Director of Operations and CRM at a leading system integrators company and the VP Operations of a Knowledge Management & CRM company in NJ. In those roles he was responsible of managing the implementations of Knowledge Management and CRM solutions at strategic clients such as Prudential Securities, Unisys, Military Cars, MartinAir Holland, Rotary Corp and Sigvaris, among others. Prior to that, Mr. Melamed has been the Sr. site manager of Partner/Orange, the largest cellular carrier in Israel, overseeing Software Quality Assurance (SQA) for all IT projects at the enterprise, the Sr. Project manager for strategic SQA projects at Bezeq, the Israeli PTT, and the head of digital imaging R&D at Yedioth Aharonoth, Israel's largest daily newspaper. Mr. Melamed holds a bachelor's degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Administration from MSU and various professional certifications from IT leaders such as IBM, Cognos and Novell.


Ido Shilon
Director of Application Development

Ido Shilon Leads StructuredWeb Application Development Group. Mr. Shilon brings more than 12 Years of Software Engineering Experience, Including Design and Development of Large Scale Systems in various fields. Before joining StructuredWeb, Mr. Shilon managed the Engineering Team in Meevee.Com, a leader in the entertainment personalization market. Prior to that he held a leading Engineering position At MyDTV Inc. Prior to his work in the private sector, Mr. Shilon served for 7 years as an officer in the central computers R&D unit of the Israel defense force – leading development of mission critical applications. Ido holds a B.S. in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.
