Web Design Manager
Responsible for managing the design, advancement and implementation of client websites. Interfacing directly with clients, you will work closely with a team of designers and developers to deliver commercial websites. The ideal candidate should embody traits such as visual creativity, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. The ability to think independently and perform in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead client interactions on website design projects, gather requirements, prepare briefs and work with internal team of web designers and developers to deliver client websites. Utilize pre-defined project plans, including timelines and deliverables.

Work in a consultative fashion to advise clients on website design, site navigation, layout and content, and provide strategic guidance with regard to the website.

Review/modify design concepts, images, layout and HTML/CSS code to satisfy design requirements.
Requirements:

Strong interface design skills

Strong proficiency in Photoshop, HTML, CSS; Proficiency in JavaScript and Flash a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Bachelor Degree preferred
