The story of Corporate Telecomm is no different than any other story, it has a beginning, middle and the end is no where in sight. In the beginning, Todd Bernstein, Corporate Telecomm’s founder, had a vision. When he started his company back in 1980 at 18 years old, his vision was simply what was going to happen in any given week, and like many 18 year olds, how much would he make? As Corporate Telecomm grew so did Todd and today Corporate Telecomm is about serving people. People like you who chose Corporate Telecomm for their telecommunication needs and receive much more than a phone system or service; you receive a commitment to service, a commitment to dedication and a commitment to you the customer!
As a telecommunication systems company part of our story is certainly about the world-class products we sell and the size and scope of our operations. However, the real story behind Corporate Telecomm is about the people working here and the difference they make. In the years since Corporate Telecomm was founded you can bet we've received hundreds of letters and complements about our company and the service it provides to our customers; yet not one of them spoke about our products, the size of our corporate offices or even the number of trucks we have. Each one did, however, concern a person who worked here, someone who made a difference in a time of need.
Our story is about people like Laurie, our Accounting Manager, who, after breaking her arm one Saturday while helping paint the new offices back in 1984 worked fromher hospital bed to complete her work that week so the company's payroll would not be delayed. It's about people like Sonny, our Inventory Control Associate who arrived to work early in the morning of January 17, 1994 after the earthquake to check over the warehouse and make sure all was well before quietly leaving 30 minutes later to be with his family. Sonny lived further from work than any other employee and has since retired. This story is about people like Gary, Adam, Edgar, Al, Victor and Fred Jr. - just some of our fabulous system engineers. Each one of these people as well as the rest of our technical staff has, on more than one occasion, stepped in to solve a customer's problem.
At Corporate Telecomm it's not just about installilng and servicing telecommunication systems, because hndreds of companies provice the same services. The real story of Corporate Telecomm is its people, the work they do and the relationships we've formed with many of our customers over the years. We've kept true to the founder's original dream which was not just to start and build a profitable company, but to do so in a way that makes people feel good about doing business with us and working here as well. Twenty-six years ago the Corporate Telecomm story began, but be assured it is not finished yet! We are still her long after many competitors have come and gone, writing new chapters each year.
