Dear Sirs,
I don't often write these emails and I thought, instead of being a customer who always complains, why not send an email to the opposite effect?
Murphy and Beane has been doing business with Corporate Telecomm for over 10 years. It was Corporate Telecomm whom we purchased our previous Nortel Phone System from. We have always maintained good standing and when we had an issue with our voice mail, Corporate Telecomm was the first company we turned to.
While initially we were not looking to purchase an entirely new phone system as just our voice mail went down, after weighting the pros and cons, we decided to go ahead and invest in the Avaya System.
As you know, the initial set up was far from smooth. There were many, many factors that almost made Murphy and Beane pull its business from Corporate Telecomm. There were unrealistic promises as well. I will not go into them again but all of us are aware of that issue.
However, I do want to give a special thank you to Fred Magallanes. I can honestly tell you, if Fred had not stepped in, AT&T would have earned our business. I also want to give acknowledgment and a thank you to Fred Jr. as well as Marcelo and Adam. They made this transition smooth and seamless and were there to answer any of my questions whether logical or ridiculous. They were very patient with me and my staff and reminded me why we have conducted business with Corporate Telecomm and why we will continue to do business in the future.
Again, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to show our appreciation to a staff well deserved.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Corporate Telecomm for coming to my rescue. When I opened the second location for Hennessey & Ingalls Art & Architecture Bookstore, I thought that between my construction contractors and AT&T that all of my phone and data needs were going to be met. Both had assured me they would take care of everything. I quickly learned this wasn't the case and on October 30th I called Corporate Telecomm needing to purchase a new system and have all the wires run for my DSL. Steve returned my call immediately, prepared the quote and by November 4th my phone system and internet was installed. Thank you for the professionalism and speed with which this was accomplished.

Dear Todd:
I just wanted to drop you a personal note about what a pleasure it continues to be, working with people at Corporate Telecomm; in particular, Rick Andrews in sales and Victor in service.
I have just completed the purchase of our third phone system from your company, the first system – a Carolco hand-me-down that we bought from you back in 1994, we used until moving to our present location in 2000. At that time we purchased a new Toshiba System that has up until recently been a terrific workhorse. The voice mail system has sadly been diagnosed as critically ill, and may go code blue at any moment. It has lived beyond its expiration date, and when the time comes that it finally flat lines we are emotionally prepared.
Rick has been a pleasure to work with in regards to helping us through electronic phone hell. Without his patients and re-explanations (defined as explaining something multiple number of times) of what is obvious information to all post baby boomer's, he kindly re-explained to us a number of times.
I must confess that we did hold a few meetings with other companies when it became clear that we would have to replace the phone system. However, the two companies we did meet with only managed to confirm that continuing to work with Corporate Telecomm was the logical choice, both in terms of price, support and the comfort in completing the process.
I also wanted to compliment Victor in the service department who came out to our offices this past Monday. The voice system had gone done on Friday – which we thought was the end, but Victor was able to restart the system. Additionally he took the time to answer several remaining questions I had about the phone system we were contemplating buying, and how, on a technical basis, we could make the most use of it as compared to the limits of our current analog system. Frankly, as he left, I was a bit sorry the damn voice mail came back to life.
However, we have signed on dotted line and now await delivery of our new Avaya IP Phones. I hope all is well with you and your family, and again, many thanks for the years of excellent service.

Hey,
I just got a compliment from our receptionist about the great job Corporate Telecomm is doing for us, and I have to say that I agree.
These guys have been on the spot even when I didn't ask for their help - they're there. They've been holding our hands, which in this case has been especially helpful.
Fred made the install easy, put up with me not being ready when he got here (Fred even signed for my FedEx packages). He made a stressful situation very easy in fact. He was very professional and could do anything with the system that I asked without a problem. Even while he's been away I've sent him at least 10 emails to tweak the system and 10 our of 10 times it's been done within a few minutes. Thanks Fred!
Natalie came out of nowhere - near the end of the project, but she's owned it completely. She's nicely pushed me when she's needed to, and kept me on track with everything. She answered all my stupid question, and kept on Qwest when they were providing their usual standard of service (bad). Thanks Natalie!
I'm an ex military guy, so I just want to say Bravo Zulu to those guys - thanks for the help.

Dear Mr. Bernstein,
I want to bring this lady to your attention, should you not be aware how good she is at her job and how fortunate we all are that Corporate Telecomm has her in their employ. I have worked with her only briefly, but am very impressed with her reliability. Only problem is that I want to contact her for everything, now that I have seen her in action. Of course, many things aren't really within her areas of responsibility.
One so seldom finds a person, even in a service business, upon whom one can depend to take the extra initiative that is often required/requested. She finds the time somewhere in her busy schedule. Need I say more?
We recently moved our business from Westwood to Century City and it involved moving the phones, as well as new cabling and programming. I was originally working with a gentleman who, though well meaning, tended not to follow through all the time. Once Barbara Williams entered the scene and basically took over the account, everyone went on their toes (including me) and the job was accomplished with a minimum of stress and bother.
I know that I really should be dealing with customer service. And I will do so, reluctantly. I'm sorry to lose her knowledge and sincere help. Barbara Williams is a breath of fresh air and I just want to be certain that you are aware of what you have and appreciative of same.
Thanks for your time. In case you are wondering, Barbara gave me your email address, when I ask to whom I might write. Corporate Telecomm is pretty lucky - sure makes this customer happy.

Dear Mr. Bernstein,
I am taking this opportunity to thank you and your staff for showing what the words customer service really mean.
Several years ago when I was with another company, I contracted Corporate Telecomm for the installation of a 3Com phone system in Viewpoint's Los Angeles office. It was an extremely busy time for Viewpoint, but your installer took the time to train the Viewpoint staff, not only on the use of the telephones but also trained the receptionist on making program changes.
After several years, I find myself working for Viewpoint in Needham, MA and called on Corporate Telecomm again. Much to my delight I get to work with Kathleen Andrews again. She is a gem, my new telephone friend.
