How do I change the time on my system?  Click Here

  Phone isn't going to Voice Mail
      SX200
            The phone isn't forwarded to vm or is forwarded to something other than vm (see #3)

 

SX2000

            The phone isn't Rerouted or is forwarded to something

 

2.   Change Date and Time in

SX200

            Log into maintenance, go to system, go to set, and chose date or time

      SX2000

            Log into Maintenance type TI HH:MM:SS where HH is the time in 24-hour format

 

3.  How to Call Forward from extension

Press SuperKey, hit no until Call Forwarding appears, hit yes for Call Forwarding, select type, select change or program,  Type the detonation ext, select Save On.

 

4.  People can't leave me Voice Mail messages

If the call isn't going to Vocie Mail then check forwarding.  If it reaches vm make sure that you have a name and greeting recorded

 

5.  Can I forward my Phone to an External number?

Yes but we will need to set it up for the user.  Also forwarding incoming calls to outside numbers ties up two of your phone Lines and may leave you vulnerable to toll Fraud.  Because of this TIG will need a signed letter on your letterhead releasing us from any liability for Toll Fraud

 

6.  My console is in Night but my Day Voice Mail greeting is still playing

Most Vocie Mail systems have their own clock which they follow independent of the phone system

 

7.  I moved my phone but now it doesn't work or has the wrong keys

            Programming for the phone is held on the phone system not the phone set

 

8.  Can I remotely swap an analog phone with a Digital phone?

            No.  A tech will need to come out and rewire

 

 

9.  How do I do a conference call on a single line set?

Press Flash or the switchhook, you will hear dial tone, dial the second number, press flash and the Conference Call Feature Access Code

 

10.  My MWI light is on but I don't have any messages in my Voice Mail.

Users can turn on other user's light using the callback feature.  To remove this press the Message key.  Call back will appear - follow instructions.
