Integrated is happy to announce the opening of two new locations, expanding our knowledgable technician team and their expertise in providing and servicing Nortel products to the Bay Area, as well as the Maricopa County and Phoenix, Arizona locality. |
January 2008 - Integrated Technology wins large upgrade RFP at a Government Environmental Agency |
Integrated Technology has been selected to perform a major upgrade on a large Nortel voice installation at this Southern California agency. The upgrade involves the PBX, voicemail, contact center and system management. The customer will be migrating toward VoIP and enhancing their contact center.

| December 2007 - Integrated Technology chosen to provide converged Nortel solution for major financial company in Orange County |
 Integrated Technology will be providing a new Nortel data infrastructure as well as a new hybrid IP voice solution for a new building that the company is moving into. In addition, Integrated Technology will be providing upgrades to the Contact Center and Unified Messaging, maintenance services for the new site and upgrades and maintenance for several other Nortel installations.

Integrated Technology was chosen over several competitors to maintain and
support the Nortel voice network in this Ventura area Community College Disctrict. Integrated will also assist in consulting with the disctrict on best practices for continued growth, E911 and IP Telephony. |
| May 2007 - Integrated Technology Awarded Contract at Major San Diego Area High School District for Voice and Data Networks and Maintenance |
 Integrated Technology was recently awarded a contract to design and install a converged Nortel voice and data network at 9 schools in the district. In addition, Integrated Technology will provide full maintenance on the Nortel voice and data infrastructure in all 42 schools in the district. Integrated's expertise, local coverage and experience in converged implementations were all key factors in winning this customer's business. |
| April 2007 - Integrated Technology Awarded Contract from Major Orange County City to Upgrade its Nortel Communications Network |
Integrated Technology has been chosen to provide a major overhaul to
this city's communications infrastructure that will include a broad range of the latest Nortel products. The enhancements will include IP Telephony, Contact Center, IVR, Unified Messaging, Enhanced Applications, Conferencing, Find-me follow-me, System Management, Call Recording and Quality Monitoring. The new network will take advantage of the city's data infrastructure to link several locations together.

| March 2007 - Integrated Technology & Nortel Beat Cisco at Major Television Network in LA for VoIP Solution |
 Integrated Technology will be providing a comprehensive Nortel VoIP network
for a Major Television and Entertainment company in Los Angeles. The solution includes upgrading the existing Nortel PBX to support IP Telephony, adding over 400 IP phones and upgrading to Unified Messaging. Integrated Technology was able to demonstrate a compelling business case to the Studio executives and keep Cisco from introducing a Call Manager solution.

For the third consecutive year, IT has qualified for Nortel’s Growth Award for 2006, which is awarded to select Advantage Channel Partners that meet stringent annual revenue growth targets set by Nortel. Less than 5% of all Nortel partners qualify for this award.

July 2006 - Integrated Technology Scores Win at Exclusive Palm Desert Country Club |
Integrated Technology will be installing a complete end to end IP Telephony solution
for this high end Country Club. The solution will include a BCM400 with a mix of IP and digital telephones, Unified Messaging and a complete Nortel data network infrastructure. In addition, they will be utilizing a Motorola Canopy solution to connect a remote maintenance facility into the network which will support both IP phones and computer connectivity. |
| June 2006 - Los Angeles Law Firm Awards Integrated Technology IP Telephony Project |
 Integrated Technology has been awarded a project to install a complete Nortel IP Telephony solution for a major law firm in Los Angeles. The solution consists of a CS1000, CallPilot Unified Messaging and the new 1100 series IP Phones for over 80 users. |
| May 2006 - Integrated Technology Wins RFP for IP Telephony Solution in Major Orange County City |
 Integrated Technology has been awarded a project to install a full IP Telephony solution for a Family Justice Center in Orange County. When complete, this system will have over 50 IP telephones and will be fully networked into the city's other Nortel voice systems. The solution includes Nortel's CallPilot Unified Messaging system as well. |
| April 2006 - Major University Learns New Ways to Communicate with the Help of Integrated Technology |

 Integrated Technology has won a large opportunity at a major Inland Empire university to replace an aging Rolm PBX with a state of the art Nortel CS1000 utilizing a mix of IP and traditional telephony. This installation will include over 700 phones as well as CallPilot voice mail and Unified Messaging.
The new installation will provide a seamless voice solution for the entire campus and will encompass over 10 remote sites when complete.

 Integrated Technology has been awarded two projects at a major Inland Empire
hospital to deliver telephony solutions. Integrated Technology has installed a new CS1000 system with CallPilot, and Symposium Call Center Server at a new Urgent Care facility.
Integrated Technology is also deploying Nortel's VoWLAN technology, which combines WLAN and IP telephony. WLAN handsets run over the WLAN, alongside other wireless devices, which use direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) radio technology. The handsets operate on an 802.11b WLAN, giving end users a WLAN IP telephony extension off their existing Nortel IP PBX. "The voice quality was spectacular," said the manager of converged networks at the hospital.
The question is, are today's doctors and nurses prepared to do away with telephone tag and shouting across the ER in favor of technology? "Everyone is ready for it," the manager said. "They are all waiting for a wireless voice solution."

| February 2006 - Clothing Manufacturer Changes into Nortel Data Network |
 The largest manufacturer of entertainment related clothing in Southern California changed "styles" in their data network recently when they decided to go with a Nortel solution from Integrated Technology. When it came time to upgrade their Cisco data infrastructure, they took a look at ease of use, pricing and performance and chose to go with a network consisting of Nortel Ethernet Routing Switches for both the core and the edge of their network. They are using ERS 5530's at the core with ERS 5520's at the edge. The network went in without a hitch and they are extremely pleased with the user friendly interface, value and the performance.

| March 2005 - Integrated Technology Wins Major IP Telephony Project for Orange County School District |
 Integrated Technology has started deployment of a fully converged voice solution for a large school district in Orange County utilizing Nortel's Communications Server 1000 platform. When complete, the district will have 40 sites connected via IP with centralized voice mail, unified messaging, coordinated dialing, and supporting a mix of IP, digital and analog phones.
