eCommerce Catalog Manager

StructuredWeb supports its customers through a variety of product catalogs featuring item descriptions, images and additional marketing collateral. The Catalog Content Manager is responsible for managing the content of eCommerce catalogs and verifying the integrity of current product information. You will work closely with a team of account managers, designers and developers to identify new and updated product information and ensure timely updates to our centralized online library.

The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and possess strong Internet researching skills. Additional essential abilities include strong analytical skills, excellent organizational skills and a background in English or designing information for the web. The ability to work independently and meet frequent deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also necessary. the first line of support, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues (via phone, email and chat) relating to the company’s suite of web-based marketing software products. You will analyze requests/issues, log all communication surrounding the issue and work with account managers and technical personnel to resolve issues. This position is also accountable for delivering outstanding customer service in a timely and efficient manner and with a demonstrated commitment to overall customer satisfaction. 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Gather project requirements, prepare briefs and work with internal team of designers to update online product catalogs. Utilize pre-defined project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Research supported vendors on a regular basis to identify needed updates and quickly implement changes
  • Modify catalog formatting, images, layout, HTML/CSS code and verbiage to satisfy new requirements.
  • Support the sales and managed services team on projects as needed
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, HTML, CSS; Proficiency in JavaScript and MS 2007 professional suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting frequent deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and expert writing/grammar
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
